After successful payment, buyers may receive immediate access to downloads and license keys. This makes digital products non-returnable.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, failure to read descriptions, incompatible mod setups, user installation errors, game updates, third-party conflicts, or failure to meet listed requirements.
Customers should contact support for installation, activation, or download issues before opening payment disputes.
