Turn ordinary LSPDFR traffic stops into unpredictable and dangerous encounters with **Universal Traffic Stop Escalation**.
This lightweight gameplay plugin adds randomized escalation events to standard LSPDFR pullovers. A routine stop may end with a cooperative driver—or suddenly develop into a vehicle pursuit, foot chase, armed confrontation, reckless getaway, or unexpected vehicle bailout.
After a traffic stop begins, the plugin waits between **8 and 15 seconds** before determining how the suspect reacts. Drivers have a **40% chance of remaining compliant** and a **60% chance of attempting to flee**.
## Dynamic Pursuit Behavior
Once a suspect flees, their behavior can continue changing throughout the pursuit. Every few seconds, the suspect may:
* Begin shooting at the officer
* Bail out of their vehicle and continue fleeing on foot
* Drive aggressively and recklessly
* Continue the vehicle pursuit
* Start the pursuit already armed
* Trigger either a vehicle or foot pursuit depending on their current position
These randomized events help ensure that traffic stops do not always follow the same predictable pattern.

## Gameplay Probabilities
* **40%** chance the driver remains compliant
* **60%** chance the traffic stop escalates
* **25%** independent chance the suspect begins armed
* During an active pursuit:
* **30%** shooting outcome
* **25%** vehicle bailout outcome
* **45%** reckless-driving outcome while inside a vehicle

## Installation
Copy the included `plugins` folder into your main Grand Theft Auto V installation directory and allow Windows to merge the folders.
The final plugin should be located at:
`Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR\Universal Traffic Stop Escalation.dll`
Remove or replace any older version of the plugin before installing. Do not keep multiple copies of the DLL under different names.
